A Little About Myself…

I have been a life coach since 2006, after twenty-two years of coaching/managing people in the corporate environment of commercial property management. I am actively involved with numerous professional organizations and the inspiration for my direction to pursue coaching, and in particular career coaching, was the realization of just how many people are unhappy with their careers but, for some reason, do not see the choices they have.

In addition to my BS in Accounting, I have a Coaching Certificate from New York University and am also certified to administer and interpret the Myers Briggs Psychological Type, which is a dynamic tool for individual development. It is offered as a standard part of my coaching process.

The term “Cross the Bridge” is a metaphor for the decision to move from where you are to where you want to be. It represents the decision to move forward, to see the other side, to clearly visualize where you are going. Making the decision to Cross the Bridge is the first step to a life changing, empowering experience.

In addition to my coaching, I conduct workshops focusing on the Myers Briggs process as well as for groups who are in the middle of career transitions. I am an active member of Toastmasters International with experience addressing large audiences.
