Group Coaching

What Is Group Coaching?

Group coaching offers the opportunity to get support in working on career challenges in a nurturing, small-group setting – whether you’re searching for a job, changing careers, working on professional development or on work/life balance. You will be with others who are dealing with similar challenges and have the opportunity to receive and give the support so vital to make your goals real.

My group consists of eight weekly sessions with no more than six participants. This group size allows each participant to receive individual support. Each person will have the opportunity to share their progress and any particular challenges experienced in the previous week. It is truly amazing how just the act of sharing these experiences with others provides the impetus to move ahead!

My approach to group coaching is similar to my one-to-one coaching:

Clarifying what you REALLY want to do:

Use of Myers Briggs testing to help you clarify your innate values, abilities and how you are wired.

Developing an Action Plan:

In the midst of what is already a very busy life, your goals can be reached through small, but profound, steps that will move you forward.

Working through Your Fear:

  • Understand your self-limiting beliefs and how they keep you from achieving your goals.
  • Live with the temporary uncertainty that comes with being in transition.
  • Come to really KNOW that You do have Choices!
