Through group participation and interaction, attendees will leave the workshop with a specific first-step towards goal attainment, with the support of an accountability partner to help through the process.
Team Development through the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
This three-hour workshop helps teams to understand and appreciate differences in themselves and others. Each participant will take the MBTI to gain an understanding of how they are wired – their strengths and weaknesses as team members, the way they work while under stress, the specific way they learn, etc. In addition, team members will develop an understanding of their co-workers and see that there really is no “wrong” way of being.
